How much does unlimited filtered water cost?
Unlimited filtered water starts at $11p/w when renting our refillable water coolers
What is included in the rental agreement?
- Installation and rental of the water cooler
- 6-8 monthly servicing, cleaning and sterilising
- Filter replacement
- Thermostat check and adjustment
- All parts and labour
- All are sanitised and tested before installation
Will it cost extra to have a Plumbed in unit installed at our workplace?
We will require access to tee into the mains water supply, at no extra cost.
However, if a water point needs to be bought across from mains supply to the right location, a plumber would be required at your expense.
What are the payment options?
You can select payment frequency being quarterly, half yearly or annually.
We offer a range of payment methods:
- EFT
- Cheque
- Direct Debit or Credit Card
Is there a minimum rental period required?
Yes, a minimum of 1 year.
Does it remove Chlorine and Fluoride?
Our systems remove 90% Chlorine.
The fluoride remains. This is scientifically proven to assist with preventing tooth decay.
How long does the filter last?
The filter is recommended to last up to 12-18 months, however we check the filter every 6-8 months when servicing and cleaning and replace it as required.
Do I have to call to organise my service and filter change?
No, we will have you placed on a regular schedule and arrange each visit when due.
How much can I save?
If your business currently uses 2 bottles of spring water a week and you switched to one of our water coolers you could save an average of $650 per year.

Note:
- Water Cooler Albury-Wodonga fixed costs of $572 per year (based on our flat-rate rental of $11 +GST per week)
- Bottled water costs based on $150 per year chiller rental and $14 per bottle consumed.
Does the water cooler require power?
Yes, access to a power point will be required for all of the units.
